Creation Care Week
Earth Care Week is a week of education about global climate change and an invitation to the
Point Loma Nazarene University student body and faculty to be a part of a bigger movement toward preventing it. This exhibition was created as a way to demonstrate the small changes that can be made by everyone on the Point Loma campus to reduce carbon emissions and slow down the effects of global warming.

Campus wide outreach was pivotal in motivating people to make changes and move towards a brighter future. The philosophy behind this project was that small changes can create huge global impact. By using facts taken from research and designing typographically driven blocks, students and faculty alike were able to grasp the full weight of the slight adjustments they could make in order to be a part of global change. The blocks were then placed on stairs to emphasize each small step of the journey towards a future with less carbon emissions and more global responsibility. Each small and seemingly insignificant change made by one person creates a monumental difference and when more than one person is a part of the movement the possibilities for change are endless.
