The Senior Show is the embodiment of all the dedication from all the Point Loma Nazarene University Seniors of the Art and Design Department. This poster is based on the spirit of excitement and passion found in this graduating class and brought to life by the very individuals it celebrates. The dauntlessness and daring talent of this class could only be represented by one thing: Queen.
The Senior Show Poster is a quintessential piece for every graduating
senior graphic design major. This poster is the essence of what graduating feels like. There was only one way to fully express the awesome experience and it was through one of the most legendary bands of all time. This poster was conceptually driven by the bomb, epic, and incredibly talented artists graduating this year. That hard work and dedication culminate in the phrase, “we will rock you,” because that is exactly what we will do. Likewise, in order to emphasize the art and design quality that the posters are meant to represent, a page from Andy Warhol’s book was taken by using a layering effect to create the images. In celebration of this year and the passion of all graduating seniors in the Art and Design department, this poster has become the finale in an incredible, four–year, saga.
